Excursion – 9th March 2012 Theatre Show (The Three Little Pigs)(Consent Form)
The Little Company is staging an original adaptation of the classic fairy tale 'The Three Little Pigs' which teaches the little ones how success can be achieved through hard work and perseverance. The show is filled with humour and promise to have the audience squealing with glee and howling with laughter.
The school plans to take the children to this show on 9 March 2012 Friday 9.00am – 11.30am, which is our scheduled excursion in March. The performance will be held at DBS Art Centre – Home of SRT. Cost for this trip is $25 per child (including admission, SISTIC charge and transportation).
Please complete the consent form for your child's participation in this excursion and return the form to us by Friday, 3 February, 2012 as we have to book tickets early in advance to ensure availability.
On the day of the excursion, please dress your child in the school's T-Shirt and equip him with a water bottle with a sling. Please ensure that your child is in school not later than 8.30a.m. The school bus will leave at 9a.m.
